About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

• 8+ years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Experience in wellness, healthcare, or related industries preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

As our Community Builder, you'll be the heart of our wellness community, fostering engagement, organizing events, and creating meaningful connections among members. You'll develop strategies to grow our community while maintaining its supportive, positive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute community growth strategies
• Moderate and engage with community members across platforms
• Organize and host online/offline community events
• Create content that fosters discussion and connection
• Gather community feedback to improve programs
• Collaborate with wellness experts to create valuable experiences

Requirements

• 3+ years in community management or related role
• Passion for wellness and helping others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with social media and community platforms
• Ability to analyze engagement metrics
• Creative problem-solving skills

About the Role

As our PR Manager, you'll shape our public image and manage all media relations. You'll develop PR strategies that enhance our brand reputation in the wellness space and manage communications during both routine operations and crisis situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts
• Write press releases and prepare media kits
• Manage crisis communications when needed
• Organize press conferences and media events
• Monitor media coverage and analyze PR campaign results

Requirements

• 5+ years of PR experience, preferably in wellness/healthcare
• Proven media relations skills and existing contacts
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, or related field
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
